Ann Costello-Junge

Ann Costello-Junge is a rational and tactful thinker. She can listen to and learn from individuals to help them become more successful in their current career or plan for their next. She is an expert in improving processes and increasing workplace efficiency. Her simple and logical approach allows her to see things clearly when situations become muddled. Ann is tenacious when it comes to dissecting an issue and communicating a clear plan to resolve the situation.

Ann is all about seeing results. Her experience as a contract negotiator for a software firm allowed her the opportunity to develop and drive solutions that satisfied all parties. In addition, Ann worked as an account executive for a manufacturing company, where she developed strategies on how to best market, sell, and deliver products and watched business grow dramatically because of her work. From there, Ann entered the HR field by becoming a corporate recruiter working with organizations to determine their needs and then finding qualified candidates to fill important roles.

Since joining hr connection in the summer of 2005, Ann has worked primarily within hrSearch. She took over leadership of hrSearch in 2007 and currently manages the practice. Recently, Ann was promoted to Vice President and will have more opportunities to help hr connection grow as a business.

Outside of work, Ann enjoys spending time with her family and her artistically talented children. Her son plays in a band that tours the Midwest playing Irish music, and her daughter is a photographer, writer, and painter.
