Membership requirements
- At least 7 years of HR experience (most members have 15+ years)
- Current accountabilities are strategic rather than transactional
- HR function is forward thinking and progressive
- Willing to maintain confidentiality
- Committed to contributing to the group as well as deriving benefits
Membership fees
- 2008 fees: $1,875 when paid annually, or $525 quarterly
- Each member also receives an additional 5% discount with 2-3
members from the same company, and a 10% discount with 4 or more
members.
