Membership requirements

  1. At least 7 years of HR experience (most members have 15+ years)
  2. Current accountabilities are strategic rather than transactional
  3. HR function is forward thinking and progressive
  4. Willing to maintain confidentiality
  5. Committed to contributing to the group as well as deriving benefits

Membership fees

  • 2010 fees: $2,075 when paid annually, or $575 quarterly
  • Each member also receives an additional 5% discount with 2-3 members from the same company, and a 10% discount with 4 or more members.
