Suz has worked with People Management since 1992 as a Senior Consultant and licensed trainer and coach. She provides consulting on executive search, job fit, and corporate training; and coaches individual clients to effectiveness, excellence, and purpose utilizing the People Management Executive Coaching process, "who do you think you are?" She designs and delivers seminars that utilize SIMA® (System for Identifying Motivated Abilities) technology to help individuals understand their giftedness and personal motivation. Suz holds an M.A. in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas, and is adjunct faculty in the Masters of Organizational Leadership Program at Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota.

She has traveled extensively through Latin America and other parts of the world, teaching and coaching human resource professionals how to translate business strategy into HR priorities. Carolyn holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Golden State University.
