Suz Grimes, Sr. Consultant and Executive Coach, People Management
Discovering the Leader Within You
Suz has worked with People Management since 1992 as a Senior Consultant and licensed trainer and coach. She provides consulting on executive search, job fit, and corporate training; and coaches individual clients to effectiveness, excellence, and purpose utilizing the People Management Executive Coaching process, "who do you think you are?" She designs and delivers seminars that utilize SIMA® (System for Identifying Motivated Abilities) technology to help individuals understand their giftedness and personal motivation. Suz holds an M.A. in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas, and is adjunct faculty in the Masters of Organizational Leadership Program at Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota.

John Corness, Vice President of Human Resources at Polaris, and Sheri Stolp, who has held senior HR leadership roles at organizations such as SuperValu and Thomson West, know how gaining credibility and having influence can lead to having significant impact in business. In this workshop, John and Sheri will share their expertise in building facilitation skills aimed at helping business leaders solve critical problems.

HR Leader as Business Consultant
Carolyn is founder of Human Perspectives International Inc. in Orange County, California. She represents Results Based Leadership Group, Dave Ulrich, Norm Smallwood and their associates who are globally recognized experts in the field of leadership. She has traveled extensively through Latin America and other parts of the world, teaching and coaching human resource professionals how to translate business strategy into HR priorities. Carolyn holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Golden State University.

Dr. Amy Tolbert, Principal, ECCO International How to Persuade and Influence
Amy develops individuals by bringing cutting-edge topics such as multicultural and diversity initiatives, leadership competency development, managing to style, and creating breakthrough teams to her audiences. ECCO International specializes in increasing individuals' productivity and organizations' productivity through e-learning, technology and facilitated learning. She has presented nationally and internationally and is a Certified Speaking Professional with the National Speakers Association. Amy earned her doctorate in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.

Bill Gjetson, Consultant and Coach and former HR executive at Caterpillar
Bill is a teacher, coach, and consultant with over 30 years of experience working with numerous businesses and organizations throughout the Twin Cities area. He specializes in training, development planning, coaching, and action learning. Bill holds an MAIR from the University of Minnesota.
