The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® 101, is a comprehensive, integrated set of tools that give executives, manager
and HR professionals the ability to put research-based leadership and organizational development best
practices into action and it will help establish a common competency language helpful in identifying critical
skills needed for individual and organizational success.
Objectives:
- Interpret the research behind the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite - the studies on experiential learning, derailment, and development.
- Use the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Competency Sort Cards to identify differentiating competencies critical for success across different jobs and levels and create job profiles.
- Set the foundation for integrated competency-based HR processes such as interviewing, feedback, development and succession planning, and translate them all back to individual development.
- Assess and prioritize skill gaps between individuals and various job profiles.
- Construct an aligned, competency-based, strategic HR program to provide the greatest value to your organization.
Results:
A common language and background to further develop/incorporate tools to manage your most important asset -
your people.
Who should attend?
Practitioners who wish to learn more about competency-based HR processes, the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of
Tools, and those facilitating and implementing developmental language in their organization.
About the facilitator:
Michelle Weitzman, PhD, has built a reputation for driving business results through talent management
initiatives that focus on engaged and productive talent. Both as as an internal HR practitioner and a
consultant, Michelle has a proven record of success. In recent years, she worked extensively with clients to
implement the Lominger Suite of ToolsŪ especially in the areas of succession planning, competency modeling,
coaching and feedback, and interviewing. As an internal practitioner she designed organization-wide skills
assessments, employee opinion surveys, and recruiting and selection programs that had tremendous positive
impact on the organizations she worked for.
Michelle has worked across a variety of industries as well as geographies; prior to leaving Korn/Ferry,
Michelle was the Lominger Practice Manager for South America and in addition, she has worked in Europe, Asia,
and North America. She has spoken at national conferences on a variety of HR topics and is a frequent speaker
at local HR events. Michelle holds a Ph.D. from the University of Akron in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology.
FEE:
Course Fee: $750*. Price does not include the cost of materials which will need to be ordered directly from
Lominger International, A Korn/Ferry Company. Instructions on ordering materials will be provided upon
receipt of your registration. Course materials are estimated to be between $200 - 250 per person. Multiple
attendees from the same organization are eligible for a 20% discount.
*Please Note: The $750 fee represents a significant discount from that charged by Lominger to attend their
local certification.

OVERVIEW
Purpose:
VOICES® is Lominger's
research-based and experience-tested solution for delivering 360o feedback that helps
career-minded people to succeed. VOICESŪ uses Lominger International's LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Competencies
(characteristics generally considered beneficial to career success) and/or Career Stallers and Stoppers
(characteristics generally considered harmful to career success) as the foundation by which important
development plans are created. Equipped with best practices for implementing VOICES®, you will be able to
facilitate constructive and meaningful 360o feedback for all levels of your organization.
Objectives:
- Discuss the theory, use and best practices for 360 feedback
- Describe how learners and raters will use the VOICES® online survey system to provide feedback
- Describe and accurately interpret a VOICES® feedback report
- Provide coaching to feedback receivers at level one or better
- Plan a learner feedback session
- Help a learner determine priorities for near term and longer term performance improvement and
career development
- Implement a VOICES® program in your organization that is aligned with competencies and HR
systems
- Explore proven methods to implement a 360o Process in your organization
Results:
Attendees will be equipped with the skill set needed to facilitate the entire 360o
feedback process in their own organization.

Practitioners who will provide 360 feedback and development planning in their organizations. Professional
coaches implementing the Lominger VOICES® tool, and other professionals involved with facilitating the
feedback process. Appropriate for all levels.
