Jennifer Allen
Jennifer Allen has learned about the importance of creating a compelling organizational culture through
rigorous leadership and ongoing engagement of the organizations' employees through both hands-on experience
and classroom education. She understands how to effectively balance the strategic business needs of the
organizations she collaborates with, alongside the individual needs of the employee. She is also passionate
about helping individuals achieve their full potential.
Jennifer has had experience working for large and medium sized organizations as an HR Generalist and HR
Manager at Carlson Companies and Room and Board Home Furnishings. Jennifer received a B.A. in Sociology from
the University of Minnesota, an M.A.I.R. from the University of Minnesota, a Paralegal Degree from the
Minnesota Paralegal Association and has recently completed her Professional Coaches Training through the
Coaches Training Institute.
Jennifer grew up in Minnesota, and loves the growing arts community within the Twin Cities. When she is not
working, Jennifer spends her time serving on the board of directors for a nonprofit company, facilitates a
mother of preschoolers group at Wooddale Church and tries to keep pace with her husband, two year old
daughter Audrey and her Puggle Lenny. She likes to spend time as a member of the Arboretum and with her
close friends and family.
