DESCRIPTION:
Have you ever put a slate of candidates through what you felt was a robust interview process - only to
find later that the candidate you hired was not the best fit? If you answered yes to this question,
you are not alone. In this workshop, Susan takes you through a deeper level of interviewing than what
you have perhaps practiced in the past.
The results? Better focus - in the interview itself; better fit - increasing your likelihood
of selecting the best candidate - AND a better future - for both your organization and the candidate.
Susan starts with what to look for when a candidate first walks in the door, and walks you through the
entire interview process, where everything is evidence. You will learn:
- What is the candidate saying without saying a word?
- The top 10 interview questions, nearly guaranteeing you success
- Real-time tips to bring home high purpose, high passion and high potential employees
- Identify strategies to keep them!
