Jane Hintz 
Jane Hintz is a learning and organizational development consultant, specializing in facilitation, team development, coaching, training and career development. Her clients include both corporate and non-profit partners.
Prior to starting Hintz Learning & Development, Jane was a Senior Learning and Development Facilitator for LSI Logic, Incorporated. Her clients included all levels of the organization, including executive officers and line employees. Her areas of focus were performance management, leadership development, customer service, meeting management, career development, coaching, and change management. Jane worked in the U.S., as well as Europe and Asia to develop employee and management skills for an effective global workplace. Prior to LSI Logic, Jane was a Training Manager at Nordstrom.
Jane has a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and has served two years on her professional organization.s board of directors (American Society for Training and Development) as the Community Relations Director. Voted Advocate of the Year in 2001, Jane has worked extensively with Project HIRED, a non-profit agency dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities gain employment. Jane resides in San Jose, California with her husband and two children.
