Talent Acquisition Manager (St. Paul)

hr connection is working with one of our Fortune 500 member organizations to place their new Talent Acquisition Manager in their functional recruiting organization. The person in this role will lead a team of functionally aligned recruiters to deliver world- class talent to the organization, partner with multiple businesses and functions to implement strategies and ensure that the talent acquisition strategy is executed with consistency and in line with industry best practices.

Additionally, this candidate will:

  • Ensure the talent acquisition team meets high quality services to organization and meets service deliverables.
  • Provide strategic team leadership and guidance to deliver high quality hires across the organization.
  • Optimizing Talent Acquisition expertise by leveraging best practice models, tools, technology and vendors.
  • Improve talent acquisition process to drive better hiring decisions.
  • Enhance relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative advice and influencing outcomes.
  • Create and drive efficient talent acquisition processes throughout organization.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 8 years experience in a manager role or working directly with senior.
  • 4 years experience in talent acquisition and experience in a Fortune 500 organization.

Compensation Manager (Bloomington)

hr connection is working with one of the world's largest, global filtration companies to identify a compensation manager. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of compensation plans that support business goals and objectives.

More specifically, the person in this role will:

  • Plan, develop and implement the overall compensation programs for Organization
  • Manage, design, and administer base salary programs including the evaluation, design, and realignment of salary structures as appropriate
  • Develops and administers all incentive programs, the stock option program and the relocation program.
  • Analyze industry trends, monitor competitiveness, and recommend changes in current compensation to ensure effectiveness
  • Provide guidance, advice, analysis, and training of HR professionals with respect to applicable compensation plans.
  • Manage the expatriate and global mobility process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required and at least 8 years of compensation or human resources experience. MBA or Masters in Human Resource or Industrial Relations highly desirable
  • Previous managerial experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation theory, trends, best practices and laws
  • Expatriate and/or International compensation experience highly desired.
  • Sales compensation experience desired.
