significant organizational change. Strategic; has built integrated programs and systems to achieve
business goals.
Prefer past HR generalist experience with client work for an appreciation of customer needs. High
credibility with managers; has been a strong partner in the past with all levels of employees,
managers, generalists and the senior team.
Specific experience with change management, succession systems, performance management systems,

of Strategic Staffing to collaborate with HR business partners and senior leadership to translate business requirements
into high-impact recruiting and staffing strategies, programs, policies and procedures that attract and engage top-level
talent in key skill areas. This position is responsible for providing full lifecycle recruitment/sourcing capabilities to
meet the critical needs of the business units and functional organizations, and proactively developing and maintaining
deep functional and best practice knowledge in area of expertise.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor.s degree, Masters preferred, in HR Management, Industrial / Labor Relations or
comparable major, plus 10 years of progressive, professional experience in the areas of Recruiting and Staffing and/or

Director, Human Resources Operations (Plymouth)
A Fortune 500 publicly traded company headquartered in Minneapolis is looking to fill a Director of Human Resources
Operations position in their Plymouth location. This position reports directly to the Corporate Vice President, Human
Resources, and will partner with her to take HR vision to reality on a global level; providing strategic leadership in the
development, implementation, refinement, and coordination of enterprise-wide human resources programs, operations, and
systems to ensure program effectiveness and optimal services delivery. Responsible for building team to execute on key
strategies including sourcing, technology, and operational excellence, as well as improving and standardizing processes
across the global HR organization. Serve as liaison and advisor between business leadership, HR partners, and vendors to
assess and measure performance and implement modifications, updates and enhancements to meet business critical needs.
Partner with leadership to implement and drive process improvement while helping manage related organizational change.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor.s degree, Masters preferred, in HR Management, Industrial / Labor Relations,

Human Resource Manager (Rosemount)
The Human Resource Manager reports directly to the HR Director, serves as a member of the
site's HR leadership team, and ensures all HR functions are effectively performed in a
union and non-union environment at a plant of 850+ employees. The person in this role will
manage two direct reports in payroll and will be responsible for the management of general
HR functions, which typically include employee relations, policy administration,
compensation, merit planning, talent development, AA and EEO administration,
investigations, regulatory compliance, performance management, and discipline.
Responsibilities will include effectively partnering with managers and supervisors to
obtain desired business results; will be accountable for employee relations functions,
including formal or informal investigations, policy interpretation, complaint resolution,
and disciplinary actions; will support talent and succession planning processes and
individual development plans; will work collaboratively with recruiting manager and
department managers to support Affirmative Action Plans; will be responsible to maintain
and monitor the integrity of compensation at all levels, and will support the HR Director
in the assessment of the current human resource business systems and the identification of
the opportunities to integrate those systems into current management processes.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor degree and at least 5 years of progressive human
resource experience. Must possess strong technical competencies of employment law and
practices while demonstrating ability to establish strategic partnerships with managers and
employees, to achieve business results. This person will also have experience with
Compensation and Payroll, and experience in managing others. Must have excellent
interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and be self-directed, organized and
able to handle multiple priorities. Excellent judgment and sensitivity in handling
confidential matters. Experience working with Kronos preferred. Experience in a large
manufacturing/production environment preferred.

Sr. Learning & Performance Consultant (Rosemount)
As part of the Learning & Performance team, this position will be consulting with and
facilitating at all levels of management. The person in this position will design and
deliver leadership content to all front line supervisory staff and above, work as an
internal coach to site management, support talent development processes for all
professional staff and provide overall organization development support to the
Minnesota
facility. This person will also be called upon to lead various change efforts in support of
strategic Human Resource initiatives.
The company is seeking a savvy leader who can develop leadership talent through coaching,
facilitation, team building, leadership development and implementation of culture change
programs; someone who can draw from experience and deliver organizational tools that
support capability requirements. They will want to hear about your past experiences and
what you have been able to achieve. Knowledge of the industry (manufacturing) is important,
however managerial and leadership skills are more important because that is what this job
is about - getting results through people.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred, and 3+
years work experience in the learning and performance field. Additionally this person must
have expertise in the use of organization effectiveness tools and methodologies, and
demonstrated internal consulting and team intervention experience. Will have Critical
thinking skills and knowledge of systems tools; and strong business partnering, high
humility, adaptability and collaboration skills. This position requires fundamental
knowledge of human resource concepts and must be Comfortable working in a variety of roles
including involvement in strategic as well as tactical work. Must have proven success at
building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization and knowledge of current
practices in organizational design. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written
communication skills. Proficiency with Windows Suite of operating systems.
