Senior Business Partner (St. Paul)
A leading innovative manufacturing organization is looking for a senior
level business partner to support a large, fast growing, critical
international business division. The HR Business Partner will provide HR
leadership and consultation to the business and executive operating
committees on the strategic and people-related issues impacting
organizational performance.
This role will be responsible for sophisticated, global human capital
planning that will align business unit's strategic and operating plan into
HR planning and initiatives. Candidates for the role must be able to
demonstrate the ability to actively lead the HR aspects of global mergers
and acquisitions, proactively diagnose organizational issues, lead and
coordinate OD and change management solutions, coach and consult senior
level organizational leaders, drive and manage organizational performance
and facilitate strategic planning.
Candidates must have 10-12 years progressive HR experience, global
experience driving talent management strategies and leading mergers and
acquisitions, experience working in a large organization and be able to
demonstrate success delivering strong results and coaching executive
leaders. An advanced degree and Lean Six Sigma experience is also desired.

Senior (Strategic) Human Resources Business Partner (St. Paul)
A leading global provider of medical devices located in St. Paul, MN is
looking for a Senior Strategic HR Business partner to provide services to a
large, growing and critical global client group.
This person will be responsible for driving profitable growth by building a
world class global team and will lead, plan, develop and implement global
initiatives in support of strategic business goals. Key areas include:
Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, Performance Life Cycle and
Brand Management.
Qualified candidates must have an advanced degree with HR specialization or
an MBA, 10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience and robust
international experience. In addition, the candidate must have a successful
track record in influencing teams, strategic design/ change management,
organization design and development, employee relations and employee
training and development. It is critical that this person has the ability
to prioritize rapidly, excellent decision making / analysis skills, the
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent coaching,

Senior HR Manager (Bloomington, Minnetonka)
A leading data and analytics organization is looking for a Senior Manager of
Human Resources to support one of its growing business lines. This role
will sit within the business, supporting senior leaders, aligning the HR
initiatives to business initiatives and strategy and providing a high degree
of both tactical and strategic leadership to a business that is new to the
support of an HR business partner. It will be critical that this person can
build strong relationships with business leaders to advance the HR
partnership.
This position will be responsible for supporting the business by driving and
executing human resource processes and programs with a hands-on,
consultative approach that will deliver excellent organizational
effectiveness in all facets of HR services.
This role will require a strong HR generalist with the ability to build
processes and consult in areas such as employee guidance, management
consulting, compensation programs, recruitment, training, organizational
development, benefits, policies and programs and will need to leverage and
work with the HR Operations Team and HR Talent Management Team to deliver
programs and tools to the business units. As a senior member of the HR
department, this person will also serve as an internal consultant to guide,
train, and make recommendations to HR and organizational business partners
in support of overall business initiatives.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 7-12 years
progressive HR experience, experience working in a small organization and be
able to demonstrate success in driving change, resolving conflict,
facilitating teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast paced
environment.

Norwood, MA location to provide services to a large, growing and critical global client group.
This person will have full accountability for the successful implementation of HR related processes,
practices, policies and outcomes for assigned client functional groups in order to maximize strategic
priorities and imperatives.
This person will also coordinate efforts with other HR teams to ensure delivery on all strategic plans and
must have experience providing defined metrics for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving
organizational performance and containing costs.
Qualified candidates must have an advanced degree with HR specialization or an MBA, 10+ years
of progressively responsible HR experience, previous leadership experience in a global business and:
- Successful track
record as an HR generalist with involvement in organization design and development, change management,
employee relations, compensation and benefits, employment, and employee training and development
- 5+
years experience working with and influencing teams
