Karen Marrone
Karen Marrone has been providing administrative support to hr connection since 1996, assisting in all aspects of the organization. Karen provides customer care for our small group leaders. She coordinates new member orientation, maintains the hr connection website, creates member newsletters, promotes job openings and provides program reporting and recordkeeping, among many other daily tasks.
Before joining hr connection, Karen successfully ran a home daycare while raising her two boys. Karen has also been involved in the start-up phases of the Small Business Development Center at St. Thomas University.
Away from the office, Karen enjoys spending time outdoors walking and gardening.
