Michelle Weitzman 
Michelle Weitzman, PhD, has built a reputation for driving business results through talent
management initiatives that focus on engaged and productive talent. Both as as an internal HR
practitioner and a consultant, Michelle has a proven record of success. In recent years, she
worked extensively with clients to implement the Lominger Suite of Tools® especially in the
areas of succession planning, competency modeling, coaching and feedback, and interviewing.
As an internal practitioner she designed organization-wide skills assessments, employee
opinion surveys, and recruiting and selection programs that had tremendous positive impact on
the organizations she worked for.
Michelle has worked across a variety of industries as well as geographies; prior to leaving
Korn/Ferry, Michelle was the Lominger Practice Manager for South America and in addition, she
has worked in Europe, Asia, and North America. She has spoken at national conferences on a
variety of HR topics and is a frequent speaker at local HR events. Michelle holds a Ph.D.
from the University of Akron in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
As part of hr connection's team, Michelle is helping organizations meet their

skills they need to continue to improve and enhance their talent management system.
