Peter Berridge

Pete Berridge is driven by results. The greatest changes have to come from within. Through Pete’s advising, teaching, and directing, many clients have been able to leverage their true talents and authentic self while creating a balance with their personal and professional goals. As a facilitator, Pete is able to showcase his interpersonal skills and relationship building with honest, intelligent, and humorous insight. Pete’s passion is coaching senior executives, rising leaders, and teams navigating through challenges.

As a coach for executives, nonprofit leaders, and future leaders, Pete enjoys seeing clients manage difficult issues, build better teams, and achieve goals. The greatest reward is witnessing the tremendous change made possible by small, but dedicated steps. Pete credits his success to his ability to see big things in other people and make people see a bigger vision for themselves.

Pete has over 20 years of human resource experience. As the Vice President of Human Resources at Courage Center, he worked to create an environment that enabled high performance and accountability. In addition to his work at Courage Center, Pete has consulted for the American Lung Association, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and TDS. Pete has had a working relationship with hr connection for over five years, attending numerous hrUniversity courses and helping develop the Building High Performance HR Leaders program. He is looking forward to his expanding role on the team and is excited for the future of hr connection.

Outside of the office, Pete relaxes by golfing, fishing, kayaking, and hiking. He is a skilled woodworker who builds his own office furniture, carves birds and fish, and even built a cabin near the Boundary Waters.
