Sheri Stolp
Sheri Stolp recognizes the important linkage between employee satisfaction and overall business results.
Sheri's consulting strategies center around climate assessment utilization, executive onboarding, and
specialty leader workshop facilitation, each aimed at unleashing the power of human capital. One of
Sheri's other passions include maintaining union-free workforces, where she partners proactively with
clients on developing and fostering respectful workplace cultures.
Organizations often describe Sheri as a skillful and creative business advisor, encompassing both a
contagious, positive energy, and a relentless drive for results. Her MBA fuels the need to link HR
deliverables with organizational ROI, continually asking the question, "How will this HR initiative
improve the bottom line?" Sheri takes this philosophy into the classroom, as she is also an adjunct
professor for CSU, facilitating coursework in Executive HR Strategies at the master level.
Being an active member of HR Connection's small groups for 7 years, Sheri is excited to expand her role
in group facilitation, as well as other exciting growth areas of HRC.
In her spare time, you will find Sheri trail biking, hiking with her yellow Labrador, and most often,
taking cooking classes at local venues. Sheri is also a skilled pianist and enjoys songwriting utilizing
her piano disk system.
