Trudy Canine inspires people to achieve their highest potential. By coaching leaders in elevating their capacity to influence others, she not only fosters an awakening of their own power, but she also elevates organizations as a whole. Trudy understands and respects the uniqueness of each individual and their talents, but is not afraid to challenge their current way of seeing, thinking, feeling, and relating.

Trudy believes there is more than one right answer when it comes to problem solving. By truly listening to all those engaged, she is able to determine what the present, emerging, and future issues may be. Her insight and resourcefulness lead to relevant and thought-provoking conversations. Trudy is committed to the wholeness of the situation and her clients.

Trudy has 15 years of experience as a HR executive with Fortune 500 companies. The majority of her career has been in coaching and career management. Trudy is excited and honored to be a part hr connection. She is involved with the Building High Performance HR Leaders program, as well as serving as a facilitator of emerging leaders groups. The success of her clients is her success.

Outside of her work with hr connection, Trudy is well-known as the founder of Pathfinder, an outplacement, teambuilding and executive coaching firm. She and her husband are also owner partners in a small transportation business, Lorenz Bus Services, a small service business with her husband. She also is the co-editor of a journal on coaching. She enjoys spending her free time on her hobby farm with her husband and two children and the alluring call of nature.
