The Pohlad organization has undergone many changes in the past five years. Pam Lampert, Sr. VP Human Resources and Communications, will share the story of the culture journey and the various elements of change along the way. These include organization structure and discipline change, vision/values creation and dissemination, compensation philosophy, benefits strategy, space renovation, new logo development and organization branding, employee engagement assessment, and leadership assessment and development. All elements are interconnected and build upon one another to support and develop the culture that we consciously desired.
Pam has been with the Pohlad Companies since 2008. Prior to that she had 25 years' experience in human resource leadership with Research Inc, St. Jude Medical, CyberOptics, Rimage Corporation and her own consulting practice. She holds a BA in Psychology from Carleton College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
