For the past 15 years, Room & Board has been changing their culture to a performance management based one aligned with its business strategy and culture while removing the traditional performance rating systems that have existed in the past. In this session, Nancy Greatrix Manley will share the journey, leadership buy in and support; and the organizational systems that are needed to affectively make this change in Room & Board.
Nancy Greatrix Manley, Director Human Resources for Room & Board has led the HR Department at Room & Board for 23 years. In this role, Nancy provides expertise and innovative leadership in the areas of business strategy, visioning, culture-based leadership development, performance management, wellness and staff member engagement. She has also held a number of HR leadership roles with: The Pillsbury Company, Dominion Investments and Black's Photography. Nancy has a Bachelor's Science Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the same school.
