Are you wondering what is happening in the coaching industry?
Are you thinking about how companies are using coaching to support their leadership development?
Are you contemplating using a coach outside of the U.S. and wondering what is happening in other regions of the world?
We are confident many of you are faced with these challenging questions.
On Thursday, October 27th, Dave Wondra, CEO of the WondraGroup will be here to share about the state of coaching and best practice use of coaches in organizations. He will talk about what the International Coaching Federation (ICF) has learned from their proprietary research on organizational coaching practices, as well as observations about how coaching is being used in our local market. Dave is a member of the Global Board of the ICF and served as Chairman of the Global Board in 2015. The ICF is a professional organization whose mission is to advance the art, science, and practice of professional coaching.
Dave is a Professional Certified Coach and the founder of WondraGroup, an executive coaching practice that helps senior leaders find the one thing that improves results, for themselves and for their organizations. Dave brings over 30 years of experience to his practice and works with clients ranging from privately-owned companies to Target Corporation. In 2014, Dave received the Gaston Award from the ICF Minnesota Chapter, and in 2011 Dave received the Make a Difference Award from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Both awards are in recognition of his contributions to the coaching profession. Prior to founding WondraGroup, he spent a number of years in Human Resource leadership at The Pillsbury Company, Quali Tech, and Wilson Learning Worldwide.
