Winnie Klick

Winnie Klick is always ready to go the extra mile. She is willing to put in the work to help people make connections both externally and internally. By discovering the talent around as well as within one's self, Winnie always has the interest of others in mind. With a focus on business and people, Winnie is a strategic and logical thinker with strong social and communication skills. The combination of personal and professional guidance makes her a valued asset in any situation.

Winnie has over 20 years of HR experience with half of that time spent in senior level HR positions. With her formal education at Augsburg College and the Carlson School of Management and her informal education from life experience, Winnie is continuously seeking to challenge herself and develop her career. Winnie owns her own business as an executive coach and is currently pursuing a coaching certificate from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara.

Since joining hr connection in December of 2007, Winnie has been primarily focused on the Leadership Development Symposium. She is looking forward to being a small group facilitator and helping hr connection grow and enrich the small group experience.

Outside of work, Winnie enjoys running and has finished 10 marathons including two international marathons. Winnie is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time with her fiance and three adult children.
