hr connection Best Practice Exchange: Building Leaders Through Times of Change - Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall

  • Midland Hills Country Club 2001 Fulham Street Roseville, MN, 55113 United States (map)

This Best Practice Exchange shares how Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall, a Hudson Valley community hospital system and member of Montefiore Health System, took a practical and resourceful approach to developing its leaders during a period of significant organizational transition. By leveraging its health system affiliation and thoughtfully combining targeted leadership development, Skillsoft coaching and learning resources, and the TalentX7 assessment, MSLC created an integrated approach to help leaders build greater self-awareness, resilience, and readiness to lead change.

Attendees will hear how MSLC prioritized and sequenced these resources, engaged leaders in the process, and translated leadership development into meaningful organizational impact. The session will also offer practical ideas that other organizations can apply to strengthen leadership capability, even when discretionary funding is limited.
